Just breathing with that. So beautiful. And inspirational.
It shows us the importance of and power in being grounded deep into Mother Earth, and connected to the Universe above.
We can strengthen this connection with regular meditation and mindfulness. Just stopping for a few breaths and checking in with where we are and how we are can be enough sometimes. In the beginning though, or at challenging times, it might be necessary to go deeper in meditation to find this grounding and connection.
I use meditation daily, at the moment to stay grounded and strengthen the connection to my own essence and to be able to stay present more easily.
